Bank transfer

Bank transfers are automatically processed in 5 TB 30 minutes for instant transfers, but within 2-3 working days for standard transfers. Once your payment is received, your order will be automatically processed and dispatched.

Credit card

With your VISA, MasterCard or American Express credit card, you can pay up to €2000 securely and with insurance. Please note that there is an additional security measure, namely a 3DSecure code. Ensure you have these details to hand.

How do I place an order and how do I pay?

1. If you are on a product page, you can add the product to your basket by clicking the "Add" button.
2. After that, you will see a screen where you can click "Pay" to proceed to the next page.
3. On this payment page, you can complete your order by entering your details and selecting a payment method.
4. Then click the green button to complete your order and make the payment.
5. You will then receive an order confirmation and a payment confirmation by email.
6. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email with a Track & Trace code to track your parcel.
