Delivery time

All products available to order on our website are generally dispatched on the same day for orders received before 2pm on working days. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page, during checkout, in the shopping basket, and in email communications.

We deliver to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, France, Poland, Denmark, and the Czech Republic.

Delivery partners

Your order will be shipped securely and quickly via our partners. Registered parcels can only be received at the recipient's address. If you are not at home during the first delivery attempt, the courier will try again the next working day. After the second delivery attempt, you can collect the parcel from your nearest service point. You must sign for receipt of the parcel. If the courier did not allow you to sign, please let us know.

Delivery tracking

Before delivery, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your parcel.

Shipping after payment receipt

The delivery time applies from the moment payment is received.
