7.1 Prices displayed on the Platform are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery costs.
7.2 Payment is made online via the secure payment methods offered on the Platform (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is debited at the time the order is dispatched.
7.3 Promotional codes and discount vouchers may be used under the conditions specified on their respective media. They cannot be combined with other offers, nor can they be exchanged for cash.

8.2 Delivery times are 1 TB 3 working days from the date of dispatch. The order is dispatched same-day if confirmed before 2pm (local time) .
8.3 Upon receipt of the parcel, the User is advised to check the integrity of the packaging and its contents. In the event of an anomaly (damaged parcel, missing or defective product), the User must note precise reservations on the delivery note and inform us within 24 hours.
Article 9. Warranties and Returns
9.1 All our refurbished Products come with a 24-month commercial warranty, extendable to 36 months, covering internal electronic, electrical, and mechanical failures (excluding impact, drops, oxidation, and cosmetic wear).
9.2 Specific battery policy : For refurbished smartphones, tablets, and laptops, we guarantee that the battery retains at least 80% of its original nominal capacity. For products marked "New battery", the battery is guaranteed at 100% capacity.
9.3 The User has a 30-day period from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Returns are free (prepaid label provided) and do not require justification. Precise terms are detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
9.4 For any warranty claim, the User must contact us via their customer account or by email at kontakt@smartyneuwert.com . Our technical department will carry out a diagnosis within 48 working hours.
Article 10. Liability
10.1 Smarty NeuWert makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Platform. However, we cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical updates, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
10.2 Our liability for Products sold is limited to direct and proven damages resulting from a confirmed defect in the Product. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for indirect damages (loss of data, business interruption, etc.) in an amount exceeding the total value of the order concerned.
10.3 Refurbished Products may show signs of cosmetic wear as described in the grades (Perfect, Very GBod, GBod, Fair) visible on the product pages. The User expressly accepts these characteristics when placing their order.
