At Smarty NeuWert, price transparency is a golden rule.

• Currency : All prices are quoted in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT).

• Delivery charges : Delivery charges are clearly displayed in your basket before checkout. This is free delivery.

• Promotions and sales : Discounts apply to the crossed-out price (the standard reference price). Offers are valid while stocks last.

• Price changes : We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.

• Price guarantee : If a product price drops within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we will refund the difference as store credit.
